Youth Ministry
The Mt. Calvary Youth Ministry is for young men and women in 6th - 12th grade. There are a number of different ways to get involved.
YOUTH GROUP
Sundays 5:30 – 7:30 PM
This weekly time is meant for any student in Grades 6 – 12 to come and connect with peers as well as explore their faith lives. Typically, you can expect snacks, a game, sharing in a study, and getting to know others.
YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sundays 10-11AM in the Youth Room
SPECIAL EVENTS
Our Youth program participates in a number of special events each year. These include an annual Winter Retreat, Mission Trip, and venture to the Uprise Music Festival.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation is an exciting opportunity for students to build a foundation for Christian faith, understand the basic beliefs, and explore where they are at in their own faith. By the end of Confirmation, students will become members of Mt. Calvary Church and will be able to clearly articulate why they choose to follow Jesus. Any student in grades 6 – 12 who is interested in taking this step in their spiritual walk is invited consider joining the next course.
