For the third year, Mt. Calvary will host a Family Service, the Eve of Joy! This years' theme is, "12 Days of Christmas” and will be a relaxed environment for families and children to worship. We’ll have a time of fellowship at 5:45PM which will include hot cocoa, cookies, and a craft for kids. Then, at 6:30PM, the service will begin and we will sing songs of praise, carols of joy, join in prayer, and worship the innocent baby born in Bethlehem coming into the world as Lord and Savior. Below you will find three incredible organizations with some items we plan to collect at the church until 12/22/24 to package and pray over during the service:
Eve's Victory (Pregnancy/Infant Loss Support)
Plain white onesies (Preemie-0-3 months) - Scripture journals - Snacks
Humane Society (Pet-related items)
Unopened pet food - Litter - Towels - Blankets - Sheets
Hurricane Victims (Hygiene Kits)
Towel (15x25-17x27") - Washcloth - Comb (sturdy, 4-7" teeth) - Nail clipper - Bath-size soap (3 oz+) - Adult toothbrush - 10 adhesive bandages (¾x3") - Re-sealable gallon bag
